Pureair Breathing Air Compressors

The PUREAIR breathing air compressors provide a portable, trailer mounted air source for breathing quality air.

The direct drive, diesel compressors are available in 2 sizes - 4 and 8 man. A high pressure back up system automatically switches over and an audible and visual alarm is activated in the event of compressor failure ensuring that the supply to the users is uninterrupted. The users are supplied with cooled, filtered air via a removable control panel. This control panel can be positioned remotely from the compressor, uniquely serving as a means to observe status of the compressor and air supplied to users at point of entry; and additionally control entry to the area where the breathing apparatus is being used.

Food grade oil is used on the compressor to ensure that in the unlikely event of oil carry over, the pneumatic system is not contaminated. The raised air intake ensures the best possible air is supplied to the compressor and a chalwyn valve and spark arrestor are fitted as standard to comply with requirements for use on petrochemical installations.
